This is my second purchase of Toyota here I purchased a Toyota Prius a year ago. Then two months ago when my friend talked about buying a car, I recommended DCH Freehold Toyota to him, and accompanied him in the tour here. We didn't make appointment with a specific dealer as my dealer a year ago didn't seem to work here anymore. But Ian, who we were introduced to, were extremely helpful in giving us all information I needed to purchase the car, and gave us a test ride. He made the purchase experience extremely smooth. And we ended up buying a Camry 2015 in the end. I'll definitely recommend Ian and DCH Freehold to all my friends who are looking for Toyota. More

I was able to drive my new Toyota Prius immediately as soon as I got home and ran errands that day and the following day!!! Ian definitely is an asset in your company. I highly recommend him to anybody who wants to buy any Toyota product. Dimitri was true to his promise to have the mats and the door edge guards installed by the Service Dept. The process is painless since we had our van model in mind and there is no haggling. We got a chance to load a bike in the backend to try for size. Ian was also kind enough to evaluate our 2001 Toyata Camry. Despite our disappointment of the results, we deeply appricate that he goes out of his way to give us that information. We gave a 4 on Price since at the end, the dealership tried to push maitenance contract to us. We eventually cancelled it. No harm done. More
