Our 6th and 7th Hondas from Russell and Smith One of our first contacts after Hurricane Harvey was to our Russell and Smith salesman, Ian Nylander. Two days after the flood, I emailed Ian to let h One of our first contacts after Hurricane Harvey was to our Russell and Smith salesman, Ian Nylander. Two days after the flood, I emailed Ian to let him know we lost all our vehicles and needed to purchase a new vehicle immediately. He promptly replied, stating the dealership had not reopened yet after the storm but it would reopen the next morning. He stated he would meet with us first thing in the morning. He asked us which vehicle we wanted to purchase so he could have one ready to look at. We arrived the next morning and we were able to leave with our new CRV within 2 hours to now tackle the job of our flooded home. Today, we returned and purchased an excellent condition, low mileage, pre-owned Civic that had just been received at the dealership. The longest part of the process today was selecting which of the available pre-owned Civics we wanted to purchase. Karan Patel assisted us with financing again today and he was very efficient. The amount of time spent on the actual sale was less than one hour including financing. Since we are still very busy with home repairs, that was very important to us. Russell and Smith Honda and our salesman, Ian Nylander, have been a pleasure to work with and we will be returning to purchase a third Honda once we receive our insurance settlement from the flood damage to our previous cars (all Hondas from Russell and Smith). Ask for Ian Nylander - Best Car Buying Experience !!! I have never owned a Honda before. I have always bought Lexus and Toyota. I am glad that I was referred to Mr. Ian Nylander to at least give Honda a I have never owned a Honda before. I have always bought Lexus and Toyota. I am glad that I was referred to Mr. Ian Nylander to at least give Honda a chance. At first, I was a little skeptical but Ian's personality and straight-forwardness gained my trust pretty quickly. He was really genuine and he find out exactly what I need right away after 10 - 15 minutes chatting with him in his office. I have always thought car buying as a stressful experience. Thank God Ian made it a pleasurable experience for me. More

He talked to me about leveraging the equity in my car and as a result, I drove away that day with a brand-new Honda Civic, with all-new features and warranties, and two full percentage points off financing! 2017 Civic Purchase I was referred to Ian Nylander by Craig at C&M Honda. He helped me select a vehicle, explained the options, ,took me on a test ride, but was going to be out the next week. He told me that GT would be taking care of things the next week. Last week GT discussed options some more, pointed out that non-turbo Civics with sensing were on the lot, and took me on a test drive with that model. I've had the car for a few days now and I'm very happy with it. More

Absolutely fantastic! This is my third vehicle purchase (all of my purchases as an adult) from Russell & Smith Honda. Each time I worked with Ian Nylander to get my deals This is my third vehicle purchase (all of my purchases as an adult) from Russell & Smith Honda. Each time I worked with Ian Nylander to get my deals done (twice directly and once indirectly). There is a reason I keep coming back to the "no hassle" experience at R&S Honda. We hand shook on a price, and when I sat to sign the papers it was slightly higher. They made it right. Nicholas Linder helped with the finance piece and did a great job, also. I recommend this dealership to anyone I care about...great service model and honest folks. More

Ian Nylander I went to RSHONDA in 2009 buy a Accord for my wife. Ian helped us and was so nice, when I needed another car I came back to him. Great purchasing experience Purchasing our new Pilot from Russell and Smith was about as painless as you can expect because of Ian and Brian Smith. There was no pressure and no Purchasing our new Pilot from Russell and Smith was about as painless as you can expect because of Ian and Brian Smith. There was no pressure and no haggling required. Ian offered to sell us the vehicle we wanted at a great price even though there are so few available. We had a delivery snafu that Ian took ownership of, making sure we were informed of the progress of the replacement vehicle. The day we picked up our new Pilot went smoothly with no surprises. The only thing I would change is the time it took to deal with the finance department but I know that is part of the process and even that, while cumbersome, was not a bad experience. The next time I'm looking for a new Honda I'll definitely go back to Russell and Smith to work with Ian. More
