While the other dealers were pushy, Bobby was very calm and relaxed and was never aggressive. It was this professionalism along with my immediate love of the Hyundai Elantra as the "smoothest ride I ever experienced" that led me back to Earnhard to buy my Hyundai. Even upon my return, Bobby patiently let me test drive three cars before making my final decision. He stayed way passed the hour he was supposed to leave and never hurried me or made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. He patiently answered all of our questions and was just as patient in explaining everything once we decided to buy.
