all smiles until you try to get money back over charged us for our tabs and registration, when i caught there "mistake" it took over 10 emails and countless phone calls just to get them to agre over charged us for our tabs and registration, when i caught there "mistake" it took over 10 emails and countless phone calls just to get them to agree the mistaked happened. finally the GM fixed it. Now Ian and The other finance person Tristen are doing the same thing on refunding me for the extended warranty i canceled do the car being totaled. will not reply to emails or return phone calls. I wish i could post the emails on here. They have a complete lack of interest in a person once they get their money. More
