ASTONISHING dealership with INCREDIBLE employees!! I went to Earnhardt Hyundai to buy a sunshade & ended up buying a new Elantra! I had no intention of buying a new car but after meeting Chris Lindner I went to Earnhardt Hyundai to buy a sunshade & ended up buying a new Elantra! I had no intention of buying a new car but after meeting Chris Lindner he talked me into just "looking" at new cars while waiting in the Parts Dept. To be quite honest, car buying rates right up there with going to the dentist. However, Chris was an AWESOME salesman. Not pushy, very professional with a fantastic sense of humor and lots of enthusiasm. He worked very hard for me and all my requests were met. Tony, Ian and Adam were also remarkable and easy to work with. They all make quite an extraordinary team and make this dealership different than others! I looked at a Honda Fit and was turned off by the process.We then came into Hyundai of Scottsdale. Wow amazing I felt like I walked into a Lexus dealership. I usually purchase resale at least two years old… Until I met Kyle whom I approached as we walked through the door. Amazing person I felt relaxed and we chatted in fact we never told him who we knew and the rest goes like this… I told kyle I was buying a car by Friday and I was going to pay cash… Of course things changed with no pressure it was the best experience.. I asked and without the old time car sales spiel I got bottom line answers…The following day I met with GM of Earnhardt Mark R , Tony, Ian, and the owner…. and many more. They all made me feel special and taken care of. When I made my decision I came in as promised purchase a 2014 4 door Elentra… didn't pay cash Finance at a great rate…. Met Heath and it was a pleasure…. If we all didn't get along so well we would of been there 2 hours instead of 4… The 4 was my bad because I had lots of questions and lots of fears… Fear no more ….. Through the process of purchasing my new Sonota, Kyle Frame and Andrew Dendle took interest in what would best work for me. I never felt any pressure, and I enjoyed their display of professionalism and friendliness throughout the process. From my initial online inquiry, all the way through closing the deal with Ian and Heath in finance, my expectations of the dealership and staff were not only met but exceeded.
