Best Car Buying Experience....EVER!!! I was at the Hyundai dealership which normally services my car the previous day but felt pressured by a salesman there when I was just looking and thi I was at the Hyundai dealership which normally services my car the previous day but felt pressured by a salesman there when I was just looking and thinking of a different car. The next day, I decided to stop by Earnhardt Hyundai which is much closer to my residence with the intent to just look around at the new cars at this dealership. Gary met me at the door and asked what kind of car was I interested in. That was an excellent question since I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure it was even made. Gary asked me if I needed some water and then showed me the new 2015 Sonata Sport 2.0T in white and I took it out for a test drive. What an awesome car but didn't care for the color. I was leaning towards more of a gray color as my current Hyundai. As a 2007 Hyundai Sonata Limited (gray color) owner, I was comparing the difference between the 2007 and 2015 Sport 2.0T. My 2007 is a 6 cylinder while the 2015 is a 4 cylinder Turbo. I really didn't want to give up the power of the 6 until I drove the 4 turbo and I do have to say after driving it, I'm SOLD! Since I really wanted the car in gray, both Gary and Jimmy teamed up and found my car and drove it back from another Hyundai dealership across the city. They let me know the car was onsite ready for me to test drive. The color and interior was exactly what I wanted and after a test drive, the car and I are a perfect match. With that said..... Gary, Jimmy and Ian began working on the paperwork. They made the paperwork painless and explained everything as we went along. They answered all my questions and provided answers to questions I didn't even think to ask. Earnhardt Hyundai is now my dealership of choice, now and forever. The folks there help the customer, never pushes and goes out of their way to help any way they can. Yes, you're stuck with me. Once again, many thanks to Gary, Jimmy and Ian. Awesome job guys!!! More

5 Stars - Excellent Salesmanship - A+ Julian is as nice as any Salesman in any industry that I have had the pleasure to work with. He listens, is extremely knowledgeable, zero pressure and Julian is as nice as any Salesman in any industry that I have had the pleasure to work with. He listens, is extremely knowledgeable, zero pressure and never steered me away from what I wanted. In fact, he quickly got a great idea of what I wanted and quickly started looking for the perfect match for me. On negotiating the price, he basically found out where I wanted to be and did everything in his power to get me to my desired price point and this was done in about 10-15 minutes without the typical back and forth counter offers that I have always experienced. He just provided me with a great deal that I couldn't refuse and working with Julian made me want to purchase this through him. A+ in every facet and it was truly a pleasure working with him and will continue to work with him for future purchases. More

5 stars!! My 2011 sonata lease was coming to an end so I came in to purchase the 2015 sonata since I love Hyundai and te vehicle model so much! Drew made our experience so simple, fast and stress-free. He was an honest man and more of a friend than a sales professional. The unique quality of Drew was that he was very organized and assertive. He had organized all aspects of the car buying experience so that we were not waiting around waiting for the next step, instead he would fill the wait gaps with other necessary steps. Ian was a very outgoing, personable finance manager which made the experience better with a good sense of humor and personality. I would recommend this dealership over any other Hyundai dealership or ANY dealership for that matter. More

Best Car buying experience ever! We went in with our "anti car dealership" defense system up. It only took a few minutes of talking to Earnhardt people to totally take it down. The best compliment I can give is when we drove off, Kyle and Alex thanked us for our business, and we felt they meant it. Don't go anywhere else to buy a car - Just go see Kyle and Alex at Earnhardt it's a beautiful experience! Oh and I can't forget Ian he is trip too! More

Wonderful car buying experience with James Orosco! I didn't want to buy a new car because I loved my 2011 Hyundai Sonata, but unfortunately it was totaled in an accident. James Orosco came outside to greet us as we were getting out of our car. He was always friendly, never pushy, listened to us and made the car buying experience very pleasant and easy. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very genuine. Others in the dealership made a point to come over and greet us and were professional yet very friendly and engaging. Ian Parker went over the finances with us and was very clear and concise yet was extremely funny and relaxed which we appreciated. Earnhardt Hyundai makes the car buying experience as easy and fun as it can be. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. More
