Awesome Service I worked with John Cowan as my salesman. I wanted a new car with lower payments. and no money down. It was a tall order to ask. I found the car I wan I worked with John Cowan as my salesman. I wanted a new car with lower payments. and no money down. It was a tall order to ask. I found the car I wanted but it wasn't the color I wanted. Jimmy the sales manager found the one I wanted at another dealership. John was funny, down to earth and not pushy. Jimmy worked to get to the payment I could afford with no money down. I was very excited and thankful. Everyone else that works there were very friendly and made me feel like family. I like that kind of customer service. Especially when purchasing a vehicle! More

Hyundai Tucson purchase 7/12/14 My husband and I had an appointment with Drew set for 10:15 AM on a Saturday. Drew was a great guy to work with, and was extremely helpful in getting My husband and I had an appointment with Drew set for 10:15 AM on a Saturday. Drew was a great guy to work with, and was extremely helpful in getting me into a car I wanted at a price I could afford. However, the car I wanted had to be brought over from another dealership. We were told it would only take 25 minutes, and that by the time we were done signing the finance paperwork, the car would be there and ready to go. By the time we were done with the finance paperwork (an HOUR later) the car had just arrived. As a side note here, Ian our finance guy was super friendly, but almost to the point of "oh my gosh guy, it's nice to visit with you, but I really just want to get my paperwork done and get out of here!" Now that the car was finally at Earnhardt, we were told it would be another 25 minutes to get the car gassed up and detailed. We were watching the clock, and it was 45 minutes before the car was ready. I understand that time frames can change, but don't tell me 25 minutes (twice) and then have it be an hour each time. We didn't get out of the dealership until almost 3:00 that day, In addition, by the time I saw the car I was actually going to get, all of the paperwork was signed. When Drew gave us the new car orientation, I was surprised to see that the roof rails were silver instead of black, and that one of them seemed to be not quite straight. By that time, I didn't want to bring up anything that would keep us there any longer, and figured I could live with it. Overall, other than the timing issues, I had a good experience with Earnhardt and Drew. I would come back again, and I would recommend the dealership to friends. More

James took us out to look at used cars and had all the information to answer all of my questions. He was friendly and only showed me cars that were in my strict price range. He was knowledgable about the CPO cars available and when he didn't know the answer he found someone who did. Bob was friendly and sincere when he talked with us. And finally, Ian and James worked really hard to get us an outstanding deal on out CPO Hyundai. There was no pressure when it came to buying the car and allowed us to take our time with the decision. I appreciate and recommend these hard workers to everyone. More

Responsive Professional Attitude and Knowledge Tony worked through the numbers we negotiated and he always came back with an understanding of where I wanted to go. He was deliberate but I never felt he was "over-selling" or pushing me to go where he could just "get a sale". I felt comfortable after a few rounds of negotiating and I came away with a car I truly feel comfortable with. Buying a car is no easy task and has too many danger pits. Tony made sure he understood what I was looking for and that I understood what I was leasing. I actually never felt pressured as I have at times over the 50 years I've been buying cars. Ian was no different. He clearly explained the lease and preventive maintenance agreements. He understood that a new buyer or leaser has too much to grasp in one visit of 2 or 3 hours. When I had questions the next day after signing the lease, he explained in detail the answers to all my questions. Here's what I think in sum about these two men: they do their jobs extremely well while insuring the customer has every opportunity to receive what he wants and not get what he does not. Neither is pushy, neither talks down to you, neither rushes you to buy. I felt throughout this process that I could walk out the door with nothing and they would remain as friendly as they were during and after the actual sale. More

Best Car Buying experience ever Julian Foldes was our salesman. Usually, I hate buying a new car and refused to go with my husband the last few times we purchased a new car. Instead of spending the day in the dealership we chose the car, test drove, and finished the whole process in just 3 hours. I would recommend Julian to anyone buying a car and Earnhart is very lucky to have such a knowledgable and pleasant employee. We also worked with Alex and Ian who gave us exceptional service. I bought a car from them in December which was already a great experience, had an accident and ended up having to replace my purchase. The only place and person I wanted to deal with was Andrew and Earnhardt North Scottsdale Hyundai. I emailed the dealership, Andrew was right on it, picked out what he knew I would like within my price range, everyone greeted me like family, they made sure I was taken care of, gave me a great price and I was out the door!
