Just recently relocated to Arizona from abroad so had little to no credit history. Dealt with Tony Wahl who could not have been more helpful. Spent about five hours over two days with Tony test driving various new cars and looking into the finance options available to me given my situation. Both he and Ian Parker, the finance manager, worked very hard to get me the best possible deal on the car that I wanted. Both were great to deal with, I could not fault them. Three weeks later and I am very happy with my purchase. Love the car. Overall my experience with Earnhardt Hyundai was great. This is a highly professional set-up and I have no hesitation recommending them. I would definitely return to them for my next car. More

I worked with Sean and James in getting the purchase of this car completed. Sean started with an inquiry by me on the internet re a Tucson. In his followup to me regarding that interest, I had already dr this car completed. Sean started with an inquiry by me on the internet re a Tucson. In his followup to me regarding that interest, I had already driven that particular car at another Hyundai dealer. I did not like it. I told that to the salesperson who was helping me, but it went no where. When I mentioned to Sean that I was no longer interested in a Tucson, he suggested the Santa Fe Sport as an alternative. How dumb of that other salesperson not to have mentioned the same. She blew the sale for her dealership. I made arrangements to come in to test drive one. Sean was off that day - but James was expecting me and was already to go. It was seamless. Negotiations started with Art -- lots of e-mails back and forth negotiating a price, with James constantly keeping in touch. We came to a quasi agreement and I made plans to come back to the dealership. James and Art were off - Sean and his boss were on (Can't think of his mgr's name). I came hoping to negotiate the leather package. Art had offered it to me for $40 a month for 72 mos.............which comes to 2880 - almost the exact price of that option. I had hope to negotiate it down a little. Sean's mgr. wanted $3220 for it and would not budge. I cannot tell you how close I came to walking out and going elsewhere. There are lots of Hyundai dealers in Phoenix and surrounding towns. Obvious to me, he saw a woman, an older woman at that, and he was going to make some extra bucks on me. And him telling me how much he respected his grandmother did not help. I am not his grandmother! Other than that, everyone else was great, including Sean and the Finance guy - whose name I also cannot remember. I would recommend this dealership and I would certainly do business with you again. More

I am new to the car buying experience, but Bill and Ian were both very friendly and willing to explain terms and reasons behind things. Over the years, we have purchased six new cars from Earnhardt dealerships. Our latest purchase was a new Santa Fe Sport with turbo. I had been talking to Drew Gabler over the last few months and foun Earnhardt dealerships. Our latest purchase was a new Santa Fe Sport with turbo. I had been talking to Drew Gabler over the last few months and found him to be very honest and pleasant with no "pressure". All in all, dealing with Drew and Ian in finance was a pleasant and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this dealership, and Drew to anyone. Their organization and efficiency was most impressive. We will always buy from Earnhardt dealerships! More

I have to say that I had the BEST experience buying my new Genesis Coupe. Bill Johnson was very informative and great to deal with. i have to admit that I have had many bad experiences with buying car new Genesis Coupe. Finally: a great experience buying a new car! I have always loved driving home in a new vehicle but dreaded the process required to get it off the lot. That changed on May 11, 2013 when I brought my always loved driving home in a new vehicle but dreaded the process required to get it off the lot. That changed on May 11, 2013 when I brought my new Azera to it's new home! Sean Pieper worked with me via email to establish a (great) price. Tristan Crook took me for a drive and worked the deal. When I told him I wanted a color they didn't have in stock, he found it off site, had it delivered and detailed and I was on my way. And Jim Tonelli never said no when Tristan had to hunt him down. A great deal kept getting a little better. There was no up selling. They quoted a good price and actually ended up lowering it despite the effort required to find the car. Ian Parker explained all of the forms he asked me to sign and when it was time to write the check, all the numbers added up. They even treated me to a burrito for lunch. I finally felt comfortable with the car buying ordeal. I'm very happy I found Earnhardt Hyundai of North Scottsdale. You will be too. More

What can I say, but what a FLIPP'N awesome experience. Sean was more than accommodating. All first contact was done via online. Sean treated me with the up most respect from the get go. He handled every inquiry like I was there face to face. At first I was concerned that I would be tossed to the waist side since I had never stepped foot into the dealership. Not Sean, he treated my interest the same if not better than if our first contact was in person. Sean is truely a great front man for Earnhardt Hyundai of North Scottsdale. Jimmy (aka Terry-LOL!) is a great leader that had Sean's back in every step of the process to make sure that my interests and needs were met. I have much respect for Jimmy, he did not fall to the waist side when an important detail was over looked when processing my purchase. Instead he stepped up to the plate like a true leader, shoock my hand and not only admitted to the oversight, but went the extra mile and personally made sure that red carpet treatment was rolled out for me. This is when I had the great pleasure of meeting Ian. This man rocks without a doubt. He is the KING of finance. Not only did I get into the vehicle I wanted, but he made it happen so I could get into the model with the options that I thought I could only wish of having AND, to top it off, a single digit interest rate. Had a great experience purchasing a new Sonata in place of my leased Sonata. Nathaniel was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the cars and did not pressure me about the sale.
