I was treated very well I am so glad I came back and purchased the car from this dealership! Mike and Ian were both so friendly and understanding of my co-signer being in a hurry. I used TrueCar to research and select the vehicle we wanted. TrueCar generated savings certificates for multiple dealers, however, Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale offered the best savings. I had heard from a friend that recently leased from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale that she had a good experience and I decided to give them a try. John Cowan contacted me immediately via both phone and email and included details on some of the vehicles they had available that met our criteria. I set up an appointment with him the following morning and we were able to decide on a car and conclude the transaction. When I first spoke with John he told me his mission was to make buying our new car as simple a process as possible while making it a comfortable and friendly experience. John completed his mission. Ian Parker patiently guided us through the trade in and financing process with a smile and was able to answer all our questions. More

I found the car I wanted online through the USAA car buying service. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mario Petti. Mario gave me the details of the vehicle. I told him I would fly in from Sant buying service. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mario Petti. Mario gave me the details of the vehicle. I told him I would fly in from Santa Fe within 24 hours. He agreed to hold the car for me with a deposit on my credit card. He took the car off the lot and reserved it until I cold get there. He gave me his cell phone number and said to call him when I knew my flight times. He followed up and offered to pick me up at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership he was waiting at the entrance to the showroom. We checked out the car, took a test drive, and he explained and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle. We went back to the dealership to fill out the papers. Mario was very friendly and straightforward in our discussion. He ran all the paperwork efficiently, and reviewed everything with me. Mario was very personable, and we talked about the old neighborhoods in New Jersey. I was preapproved for a USAA loan, and I told him I'd like to know what the dealership could do on interest rates, and also extended warranty. Mario introduced me to Ian Parker, and Ian explained all the options for financing and extended warranties. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. I got a great deal on the car, a great deal on the financing (better than my pre-approved loan), and the extended warranty. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and helpful. Mario followed up the next day while I was driving the car back to Santa Fe. Mario and Ian were very professional and personable. This is the only vehicle I have purchased in the last 15 years, and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience working wit Mario and Ian. Jim C. - Santa Fe More

I set out to 'look' at a new Hyundai Tuscon and look at pricing etc. I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and every question was answered and the exact vehicle I was looking for showed up, look at pricing etc. I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and every question was answered and the exact vehicle I was looking for showed up, color & all and I unexpectedly drove it away two days later. As a surprise on Dec 31 2012 my husband bought me a Hyundai Genesis Coup. The 3.8 Trac Package. He Loved Loved Loved the car. However, as for me, I really didn't. After so many years of driving trucks Hyundai Genesis Coup. The 3.8 Trac Package. He Loved Loved Loved the car. However, as for me, I really didn't. After so many years of driving trucks and SUV's. (Our other current is a F350 raised) the Hyundai Genesis was just too small and low to the ground. The car itself was awesome - just not for me. So on April 5th we took it back to the dealership and they worked us a great deal to switch cars. Yes, obviously we lost a little money in the deal and our payment did go up a few dollars. But my car insurance dropped a great deal so we're still to the good and I love my new Santa Fe Sport! It's beautiful and more my speed! The salemen and Finance worked way past quitin' time to close the deal. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome and I am extremely happy. I can't thank them enough! More

Buying a car CAN be a fun and exciting experience! I've dreaded the process since I began driving! James Orosco at Earnhardt Hyndai is the cream of the crop! I realize that this is how he makes a living, but, at no time, did I feel as if he had an other goal but to get me into a quality, safe, affordable, and special vehicle. I plan to buy 2 more cars in the next 6 months and I won't go anywhere else but EARNHARDT HYNDAI. In fact, I will wholeheartedly recommend James to anyone when buying a car. Tony Femiano is a class act as the Sales Manager of Earnhardt. He is sincere and dedicated. He is an example to all at his sales staff and truly loves what he is doing.
