Bobby Gentile greeted us as we arrived at the dealership, listened to what we were interested and showed us vehicles that met our criteria. Bobby we very low key, but very helpful. He know about the inventory, the differences between features by vehicle and year and was able to help us, as opposed to pressure us. After we decided on a car, the negotiation process was fairly quick and fair. After we agreed on a price, Bobby even drove the car to our home to make sure that it fit in our garage, then put gas in the car for us. What a gentlemen. The delivery process was very smooth. Bobby help explain everything and set up our phones to the blue tooth. Then we went to the dreaded finance manager....but wait, Ian Parker, our finance manager was far from that. He was very pleasant, funny and no pressure to buy add-on's. The one add-on that we were interested in he explained in detail to our satisfaction. He even told us how to turn in the extended warranty on our trade in to get a prorated refund, and provided us all of the documentation we needed. Ian treated us with respect and was a pleasure to deal with. This is a fantastic dealership. Highly recommended. EVERYONE was friendly. Great place to do business. More

Got a new SUV! I love my new Hyundai. I read the manual more to understand the car gadgets as these were not sufficiently gone over. As a woman the sales person was I love my new Hyundai.
