They are committed to their customers and didnt try to oversell anything. Appreciate the options that were presented to us with its pro's and con's. Would recommend anyone to visit Steve or Ian to help get a new car. We had our dog with us and they had no issues with allowing her in the showroom. Not that this is huge but shows their commitment to make the customer at ease. More

Fast forward a day and I needed to do a pre-purchase inspection which was totally fine by them. The whole time I never felt pressured to make the purchase. When it came time to make the purchase the process was very easy and relaxed. I didn't negotiate a price because I felt the car was priced pretty fairly considering the avg price of sales in the are. I am a happy customer and will recommend this dealership to others. I didn't get the bad vibes i normally get from salesman at other dealerships which was a MAJOR plus. Thank you all again! More

From the minute I walked in Acura of Columbus I felt taken care of. Steve Ault was so phenomenal - very informative, patient and most importantly listened to my wants/needs. Fast forward to now, my lease is up and without hesitation went back for round two. While Steve was out of the office, I felt confident any other employee could take care of me. I was right! Mike Shay was also just as fantastic. Ian Quick in finance was great as well. They both answered any and all questions/concerns I had. I am now a proud driver of a new TLX and could not be happier!!
