Francesco walked us through the process, shared all vehicle options, no pressure sales with a constant smile on his face. We were in and out in less than 3 hours?! I have never had this positive of a car buying experience in my life. I was so pleased that I went back 2 days later and purchased another RDX for myself with Francesco's assisting again, yielding the same buying experience. Excellent Experience I visited your showroom on Saturday, February 1, 2020 only intending to look at a new TLX to lease. My 2017 lease on my current TLX ended on February I visited your showroom on Saturday, February 1, 2020 only intending to look at a new TLX to lease. My 2017 lease on my current TLX ended on February 29. I knew I needed to make a decision in the next couple of weeks, but today i just wanted to look at my options. Basically, I called the showroom and 30 minutes later I was talking to your salesman, Tregg Blagg. He listened patiently and was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and I felt I could trust him. He was very organized regarding the paper work and financial aspects. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I ended up driving away in a new TLX that day!!! More
