As usual, a very satisfying and customer-friendly experience Ian Wyre is the bomb!!!!!---professional, courteous, always well informed about my vehicle, explains necessary repairs in a way that is easily unders Ian Wyre is the bomb!!!!!---professional, courteous, always well informed about my vehicle, explains necessary repairs in a way that is easily understandable------all in all a great ambassador for Capital BMW!!! I did, however, have one concern that was not addressed to my satisfaction. Ian attempted to address my concern with management, but management's response was unsatisfactory in my opinion. There was a defect ( long crack) in the leather on the front driver's side seat that is visible every time I enter my BMW X5. This crack was supposedly repaired under my original warranty and disappeared for a time. It recently reappeared in the same place, and even though I have an extended warranty, management took the position that it could not be repaired because it could only be addressed under the original warranty. I had raised the issue under the original warranty and assumed the problem with the defect in the leather had been addressed only to find that the problem had not been permanently re-mediated. This was the one and only time in my experience with Capital BMW (2 leased vehicles and 1 purchased vehicle) that I can truly say I was very dissatisfied and that the dealership failed to live up to its reputation for automotive excellence..
