I told him that I would be sendi I inquired about a pre-owned Honda CR-V on your website. I had the pleasure of being contacted by Ignacio Garrigos. I told him that I would be sending my daughter in to test drive and he let me know that she should make an appointment. She did and when another family arrived to view the same vehicle he immediately contacted my daughter to let her know in case she wanted to cancel her appointment. She decided to go anyway, but by the time she arrived the vehicle was sold. Ignacio immediately emailed me to apologize for any inconvenience and let me know he would keep his eye out for similar vehicle and let me know if one came in. His communication with my daughter and I was so refreshing and I feel displays exceptional customer service. He was so apologetic that my daughter may have been inconvenienced when the vehicle she was looking at had been sold. What a wonderful salesperson you have in Ignacio. I had a deal working with the dealership and approved credit- which I had to notify them I still had not had anyone share the terms with me. It was known that within 3 hours time I was placing a deposit credit- which I had to notify them I still had not had anyone share the terms with me. We looked at many different vehicles and dealt with many different dealerships. From the moment we walked into Lexus of Wayzata we felt calm and relaxed. It wasn’t just how nice the dealership was decorated but it was the employees and the way they made us feel. We were lucky to get Ignacio as our sales rep. His professionalism and attention to detail was unbelievable and it was easy to see why he has been there for over 14 years. He wasn’t pushy as we told him we were just test driving to see what we like as we weren’t planning on purchasing until spring. Over weekend we decided to purchase early and Ignatio made the entire experience to be our best auto purchase experience ever.
