Purchasing a car for our new adventures My wife and I were moving from Europe to the USA after 15 years abroad. We contacted Lexus of Wayzata via email to schedule an appointment two weeks My wife and I were moving from Europe to the USA after 15 years abroad. We contacted Lexus of Wayzata via email to schedule an appointment two weeks before we intended to fly back to the USA and visit the dealer. We received a response a mere hour or two later (at 6:10AM local time) giving us an appointment and inquiring more about our needs and how they could be met at Lexus. This first encounter with our dealer (Ignacio Garrigos) is an excellent example of his service. Ignacio was always responsive via email, phone, whatever. Any question we had, he would field and often provide more information we didn't know we should know! He even sent us options of vehicles to review while still in Europe, just to be ahead of the game. Our first meeting, he was very friendly and helpful. Our Lexus visit was the last on that day (of 4 dealership visits), and we were a bit burnt out at that stage. However, Ignacio was easy to discuss with, not at all pushy, and ~10X more knowledgeable about the cars he was selling than other dealers. He showed us many options, explained pros and cons of different option packages and their practical implications, and gave us ample opportunity to take cars out on test drives. We still had a number of visits scheduled after our Lexus visit, but Ignacio kept in contact with us as we needed, providing more input and information about the vehicles we were considering. In the end, we decided on the RX 350 and really wanted to buy from Lexus of Wayzata and Ignacio to -- in a small way -- reward what to us was exemplar service from start to finish. We look forward to many miles to come! More

Graciously helpful in my car changing adventure! Ignacio gracious worked with me to order a 2018 350RX. After 2 weeks I decided the 350 was too large for my needs and traded it for the NX300. Candid, professional and focused on my needs, he showed me the GX460 in inventory which as just PERFECT. The entire process from initial meeting to final delivery took four days.
