He was very informative and he immediately understood our wants and didn't try to waste our time upselling us into something else. I LOVE my RX 350 and will be a Lexus owner for life! Even after the sale, Ignacio has remained friendly and helpful, and I appreciate his timely response to my emails - he's the real deal and true to his word! I knew that I wanted a certified preowned, late model 4 Wheel Dr. SUV, and was actively working with three separate dealerships. In meeting with Ignacio, he totally won me over. Candid, professional and focused on my needs, he showed me the GX460 in inventory which as just PERFECT. The entire process from initial meeting to final delivery took four days. Every effort was made to make sure the car was in perfect condition when I drove it off the lot. Completing the financial process was simple and efficient. Becky is a true professional. Then Eric spent ample time with me to acquaint me with the many features my Lexus was equipped with. I look forward to working with Lexus of Wayzata to maintain my car in the years ahead. More
