I ha To whom it may concern, My name is David Arago and I have purchased three cars from Nacho. My brother-in-law purchased a vehicle from Nacho. I have recommended that some of my friends speak with Nacho when they need a new or used car, and some have purchased a vehicle from Nacho. Currently I am working with Nacho on purchasing a used vehicle for my mother-in-law. We have all had the same experience when dealing with Nacho. We all had a sense of trust and the feeling that he went out of his way to provide us with a good experience purchasing a vehicle, but, more importantly, we came away knowing we got a good vehicle. Personally, when I need a car, I call Nacho and I let him know what my needs are and the budget. After a couple of days I start getting pictures and information about the vehicles that he thinks would work for me. I go to take a look at the car, or he drives the car to my work, and 100% of the time I purchase the vehicle. Honestly, it is that easy. He takes care of everything and answers any questions that we have with no delay. And I go home with a peace of mind. I understand that used cars are unpredictable and can break at any time, but I know that he did his homework and provided as with as much information as he had. Last weekend I went with my mother-in-law to look at vehicles at other dealers. We saw some interesting cars in other lots, but she told me, and I quote “I want to wait for Nacho because I trust him.” Over and over again I am sure that you are going to hear the same story.
