Igor has been with Luther Nissan Kia for over 12 years and in the car business for over sixteen years. His process from the beginning to end is to make sure you are able to leave saying you had a truly exceptional experience. Igor is originally from the Ukraine and is fluent in Russian. His accent and way with words will always put a smile on your face. Igor has been in the US for over twenty years now and resides in Woodbury with his lovely wife and two beautiful daughters who keep him busy when not at the dealership. Soccer runs deep, as does hockey, which is great for Igor. If you can't catch Igor on a field in Woodbury cheering on his daughters then check the stands if the Wild are at home. Great and helpful! I had gone to Luther Honda with little help and little communication from the dealer and finance team. Which made me really bummed out and sad. But th I had gone to Luther Honda with little help and little communication from the dealer and finance team. Which made me really bummed out and sad. But then the next day I came here to Luther Nissan/Kia and had a great experience at this dealership with Igor. He also helped my sister and brothers-in-law previously with their cars. He explained every detail on the car and the process of my loan very well and was confident that I would drive away with a brand new car that day, which I did. With my very poor credit, a invaluable car to trade in and little to down he was able to work things out with the finance group and the bank to get me the car. I highly recommend this place, even the finance guys was super kind to me. Thanks a lot guys! More

Great customer service I have been coming to this dealership for years and I recently purchased a new 2019 Kia Sportage. This would be our 3rd Kia purchased from this dealer I have been coming to this dealership for years and I recently purchased a new 2019 Kia Sportage. This would be our 3rd Kia purchased from this dealer. Our salesperson Igor thoroughly explained all the different options available to us and never once pressured into buying. He went above and beyond to locate the exact vehicle we were looking for. The finance process went very well and I like the online credit application process. By the time we met with Brian he had all the paperwork pretty much ready to go. As always the service department is top notch. I’ve never felt like they try to up-sell you on unnecessary service and I really do trust their opinion. More

Our 2017 Rogue with only 30,000 miles had an oil consumption issue followed by an epic engine failure. Our local dealership is Luther Nissan of Inver Grove Heights, MN and to this point, they have been superfantastic to work with. Nissan initially denied our claim for engine replacement sighting grounds that are quite shaky. The team at Luther ... from Jason & Igor in sales to Nik in service have been advocates on our part to ensure that the manufacturer steps up and takes care of a very loyal customer.
