Will never use this dealership again Parts were not available even with a appointment. No excuse for this! They were in stock when appointment made. Last two oil changes resulted in oil drips on garage floor for several days. While waiting for service checked out show floor for a new vehicle. Salesman said no deals were available and to check back in a month or two. Will go to another dealer for new car!!! More

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when working with the Kia Sales and Finance Team. They stuck to their word and did not try to pressure us into any other fees or downpayment. We were almost in shock! We told them up front what we could afford as a downpayment and signing and what we needed our monthly payments to be. . .AND THEY DELIVERED!!! How refreshing! Way to go Inver Grove Heights Kia! We will be back in a year when looking to purchase a vehicle for my husband. More
