We came in on 8/18/14 for a scheduled oil change for my 2012 Nissan Altima and left there with a brand new 2014 Nissan Rogue and a Previously Owned 20 We came in on 8/18/14 for a scheduled oil change for my 2012 Nissan Altima and left there with a brand new 2014 Nissan Rogue and a Previously Owned 2010 Chevy Malibu. We are so happy with our new lease and car purchase! I met Igor about 4 months ago and when I walked into the show room, he headed towards me, he remembered me!!! That made me feel really special! Igor was such a great sales rep, very patient and not at all pushy, I so appreciated that... and Jamie was pure joy to deal with. We've been customers since 2004 and have never had a bad experience. I give the associates a perfect 10! And, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Adam who when I pulled into the service department greeted me with "Hey Dhona, long time no see, how are you doing?" that made my entire day! He knew me! He answered all of my questions and kept me informed when my vehicle was to come in. The day my SUV came in I was in Igor hands and he was awesome. Igor was very helpful in the final stage of my purchase of my new SUV. He took the time to help me understand the new functions the new Rogue came out with.
