My first experience with service I tried to book my first oil change and inspection with Luther Nissan and due to my travel days there was no room in there schedule but they asked me I tried to book my first oil change and inspection with Luther Nissan and due to my travel days there was no room in there schedule but they asked me to hold and they made room for me and they said it would take around 45 minutes and it was finished early and car was washed. I was very impressed with their service and so polite on the phone. I would rate my experience a 10! You will love having your vehicle serviced by this dealership. My parents helped me with this purchase and had me work with Jamie who was fantastic, she took great care of us. My parent's have worked with Rich who we found out left and this Jerry who replaced him is no Rich S. Rich made a point of following a deal through to the end, we never even saw Jerry just heard his crabby answers so that's a bit of a concern. Over all it was great experience with Jamie and Igor but I wouldn't be interested in working with Jerry again so. More
