My parents helped me with this purchase and had me work with Jamie who was fantastic, she took great care of us. My parent's have worked with Rich who we found out left and this Jerry who replaced him is no Rich S. Rich made a point of following a deal through to the end, we never even saw Jerry just heard his crabby answers so that's a bit of a concern. Over all it was great experience with Jamie and Igor but I wouldn't be interested in working with Jerry again so. More

Honest and prompt service I was looking for a Nissan with specific build. As time was short we asked dealerships to send the best quote they can. Unlike few other dealerships that did beat around the bush to get me to visit their dealerships, Luther and in specific Igor Tenenbaum gave the best with all possible incentives and informed me in timely manner what they can and cannot do (If any) instead of just saying anything to earn business. I moved out of Minneapolis but for the service they offered I flew in and drove the vehicle back. It was worth the effort even though I could have got something on similar price closer to me as I am sure I am dealing with a straight forward sales guy and can trust him on his information on the vehicle. Always able to accomodate. This is the 2nd car in 2 years we have bought from Igor and the dealership. We did a lot of shopping around the first time before ending up at Luther This is the 2nd car in 2 years we have bought from Igor and the dealership. We did a lot of shopping around the first time before ending up at Luther Kia and I was completely over the process of buying a car at that point. We had bad luck elsewhere and although that dealership was much closer to our house we just weren't getting the service and answers we were asking for. We were able to do a lot of talking and arranging before getting to the dealership so the process was much smoother once we arrived. I wish I knew more people in the market for a car because I sing the praises of this dealership to almost anyone I interact with. I love my new Kia Soul redline only slightly more than I loved my previous Kia Soul Plus. I think I'm a Kia driver for life thanks to the company and great customer service we have always received from Igor and everyone else More

A call was placed as soon as they were finished so I knew how to plan when to pick it up when it would fit my schedule. The cashier had someone bring the car up to the front and we were on our way.
