The two stars in this whole experience are Greg Isham and Igor Tenenbaum. I have been going to Greg for all my vehicle services and he recommended Igor to me. He took my information and gave it to Igor so that when I met Igor, he was prepared. Previous to working with Igor, I had Aaron look at my trade in vehicle and begin the process of working up a deal. Aaron may have lost my phone number as he didn't call me back over a weekend to see if a car was available. So Greg and Igor stepped up and took care of all of my questions and got me the options I wanted. Igor is friendly, VERY knowledgable when it comes to autos, and was very honest with me about everything. THAT is the most important factor as far as I'm concerned. When he did find a car for me, he called me immediately and set up the purchase. He went through every detail with me; helped set up my first oil change, and offered me a variety of other options such as extended warranty, undercoating, etc. Igor was never pushy; always professional and polite. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I went home confident in my purchase and that I will continue to do business with this dealership. I give them a FIVE-STAR Rating! More

Working with Igor and Michael was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I walked into the dealership at about 5:30 pm on a Saturday, not realizing that they closed and 6pm, and experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. It is a great place to buy a car. It is stress free, or as stress free as buying a new car can be. All the people I have talked were very friendly. I stared dealing with Aaron, sales manager. Let's get the bad out of the way first: This is not the most "aesthetically pleasing" dealership. The showroom is somewhat old and small, with little floor space that holds only three or four cars. The salemen don't even have cubicles, but rather small desks lined up against the window, one after another. But this is trivial, mere window dressing. Let's be honest, what separates one car dealership from another? There are two main reasons: (1) price and (2) friendly people. And Luther Nissan is tops in these categories by a mile. I shopped around via the Internet to get the best price on a new Murano. I corresponded with Mike Jung, one of the sales managers. Unlike other dealers, Mike was very responsive and pleasant to deal with, dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's by email. All the numbers were broken down in an easy-to-understand format; there were no surprises to be had. When I arrived everything was all set to go. Igor Tenenbaum, a very pleasant saleman, showed us the vehicle and its features and shephered the paperwork. And when we had a slight hiccup with one of the documents, Neil Haskins, another sales manager, went above and beyond in getting the problem fixed quickly and easily. More importantly, Luther's pricing was far and away the best of any of the local dealers -- and trust me, I contacted them all. Luther was very aggressive with their numbers, besting multiple dealers by several thousand dollars. There was no run-around or game-playing -- the lowest number was laid out from the beginning and it was significantly better than anyone else could do. Simply put, if you're looking for a new Nissan in the Twin Cities, go to Luther. More
