We are so happy with our new lease and car purchase! I met Igor about 4 months ago and when I walked into the show room, he headed towards me, he remembered me!!! That made me feel really special! Igor was such a great sales rep, very patient and not at all pushy, I so appreciated that... and Jamie was pure joy to deal with. We've been customers since 2004 and have never had a bad experience. I give the associates a perfect 10! And, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Adam who when I pulled into the service department greeted me with "Hey Dhona, long time no see, how are you doing?" that made my entire day! He knew me! Will never use this dealership again Parts were not available even with a appointment. No excuse for this! They were in stock when appointment made. Last two oil changes resulted in oil Parts were not available even with a appointment. No excuse for this! They were in stock when appointment made. Last two oil changes resulted in oil drips on garage floor for several days. While waiting for service checked out show floor for a new vehicle. Salesman said no deals were available and to check back in a month or two. Will go to another dealer for new car!!! More
