He approachable, courteous, professional and friendly. He doesn't cut corners and a up front person and we respect that. He tries to give you the best deal possible. In short, he shoots straight and he doesn't pressure you. We have dealt with Issac for awhile so when we want a new vehicle, he knows exactly what we are looking for. As a second note, I enjoy dealing with Lloyd and Chris the financial guys. They do everything within their power to get you into the vehicle that you want. They two are straight shooters. I would wrong if I didn't mention the service section. Cody and Phillips are the greatest. They get your car in and out as soon as possible and with quality works. Things a lot guys. Phillip I know I gave you a fun hard time about rebuilding my daughters car but you made sure a dam good job was done and both my daughters love their Toyota Camry and Toyota Avalon. We thank you very much. I have one negative note but it' not against the dealership but with the Toyota company itself. We feel that when you have purchased as many toyotas from the company. There should be some type of incentive offered. Such as an oil change for the life of the car, zero percent interest with a credit score of over 650 which is only provided to people that have shown a history of making their monthly payments in time. I am sure this would be a drop in the bucket for Toyota Toyota I would.like to hear your comments on this issue since I have addressed my major concerns. More

Not satisified My wife just bought a vehicle from Somerset Toyota a couple weeks ago. As far as the sale went, they seemingly did a good job getting her the vehicle. My wife just bought a vehicle from Somerset Toyota a couple weeks ago. As far as the sale went, they seemingly did a good job getting her the vehicle. And for that I would have given the dealer more stars. But I didnt for the simple fact I had to replace the whole front brakes one day after receiving the vehicle. Upon running the Carfax today, the vehicle was a one owner who religiously had the vehicle serviced by Somerset Toyota over the past few years. They took great care of it. Shortly before the previous owner sold the vehicle to Somerset Toyota late last year, the dealer serviced the brakes. It shows they replaced the front and rear brake pads. But not the rotors. Well I drove the vehicle one time to find out the brakes were not right. Upon inspection I quickly noticed the rotors were eaten up. But had brand new pads installed over top. In other words, Somerset didn't bother to replace rotors that clearly showed major signs of wear and tear on both sides of the front. There was major shuddering during stops. it costed me $171 to replace the rotors and pads myself. And I noticed a tear in a caliper boot that had to be due to careless mechanical work. I fixed the brakes. Now it drives perfect. But I give two thumbs down to Somerset Toyota mechanics for not doing their job properly. They should have known about this issue beforehand. A 16K vehicle should not need brakes one day after its sold. So I have doubts that I will ever purchase another vehicle from them considering what just happened. I am just thankful that this vehicle has been reliable enough to keep mechanics hands away from it except for changing sparks plugs and oil. UPDATE: Because of leaving this review, I had been contacted by "Lloyd" from the dealership. He apologized and offered to do whatever he could to make things right. He promised to call me back with a solution. That was over a week ago. I have never heard back from the guy. So I reckon Somerset Toyota can't walk a full mile for their customers. I took off a star for that reason. Furthermore. We apparently had a SiriusXM trial that began when we purchased the vehicle. No one at the dealership mentioned this to us. Therefore, when we got slammed by SiriusXM emails, we thought it was spam and complained about it. Low and behold, a letter comes in the mail finally, stating we had a free trial. By that time, our complaint was escalated and got our trial ended prematurely. THANK YOU SOMERSET TOYOTA. Another blunder on your part for not letting us know beforehand! More
