I have been bringing my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq to Big Star Cadillac for service despite not having purchased my vehicle from them. I want readers, shoppers, and potential customers to know how I have been tre Cadillac for service despite not having purchased my vehicle from them. I want readers, shoppers, and potential customers to know how I have been treated exceptionally well. The team at Big Star Cadillac has consistently gone above and beyond in addressing my requests and concerns, even providing me with rides and taking me home when needed. I haven't experienced this level of care and attention elsewhere, notably at Classic Cadillac in Galveston, where I originally bought the vehicle. Big Star Cadillac, your outstanding service has made a lasting impression on me. I might be just one customer, but I am profoundly grateful and loyal. The most excellent customer service just walking in the door with a dead battery. Put my mind at ease, ordered a ride to get me home, took care of Servive, quickly next day, providing an estimate, and adde door with a dead battery. I received zero communication while my vehicle was there until I called Isaiah at 4:30 asking if my car was ready. I could tell that he had no clue where it was or what was happening with my car... he stum until I called Isaiah at 4:30 asking if my car was ready. I could tell that he had no clue where it was or what was happening with my car... he stumbled a lot and come to find out that the reason I even made the appt was to get 2 wheels repaired and that didn't happen! Very dissatisfied with the service dept. Especially the pick up process. I had better service at a Chevrolet dealer when I had Chevrolets. More
