This is my 6th BMW purchase experience, and by far the most frustrating. Dealership was not ready at all for the new (Jan 1) upfront Federal Tax Credit program. Very hard to reach salesmen, and poor call most frustrating. Dealership was not ready at all for the new (Jan 1) upfront Federal Tax Credit program. Very hard to reach salesmen, and poor call returns. Car arrived, and smelled like smoke, when promised it was free of any odor. Makes my wife cough to ride in it. Have to leave windows open now. Must pay $300 to have it detailed to hopefully remove odor. Broken driver interior door latch and interior panel. Interior listed as OK in Certification Inspection. Hah! Missing second key. No wheel lock key to change tires. Promised registration arrived late so I had to pay $33 temporary transport fee to drive the car home. A nightmare! Purchased car 1/13/24. No sign yet of second key or wheel key 1/23/24. I should be reimbursed $33 for temporary transit fee and for $300 the detailing necessary to eliminate smoke odor. More
