I had an unsatisfactory interaction with the Toyota Direct service department for the 2nd time in 3 visits. Service agent "Isotau" lied to me about my service history in order to upsell a service not due yet for another 3 years. I was skeptical that the service was needed and expressed my doubts. The agent assured me she had been through the entire service history and the service was overdue. I informed her that I kept good records and I would be checking since a previous agent had "burned all your trust points". So she knew she would be caught out and didn't care. Considering this and the previous lying agent "Clifford", I assume that there has been a change in philosophy on how the shop is run. I therefore will not set foot in that shop again. More
