This dealership, and I bet all Greenway Auto, Kia and all other brands not only practice bait and switch but keeping the entire sales process obscure, until you are exhausted of waiting 5 hours, adding things to the contract they did not even told me costing over 2000, over inflating the full MSRP and various other hidden fees. Maintenance dept, forget it, also an entire day, to install replacement parts non the wrong place! Drive away to nearby dealers. My entire familiar and colleagues are aware and will never step 1 foot or spend one cent with Greenway Auto Group. More
