A year ago, you sold me a car with completely rusted suspension. At the time of the purchase, I didn't notice it, but when it rained the following week, all the rust appeared. The corners of the cabin were all rotten. After one year, the transmission broke, and it took you two months to assist me. And after you finally attended to it, it took an additional two weeks to solve the issue, but you didn't. You threw my car on the street and called the finance company to repossess it. Now I don't know where the car is, and I don't have another car to work with. What you did to me is unacceptable, and it should not be done to anyone. The right thing to do would be to provide me with a decent car because this one will need a new engine soon. To avoid fulfilling the warranty, you dumped my car on the street and called the insurance company, claiming that I abandoned the car!

Former lemon owner responded

It's a little late for that - I asked repeatedly to speak with a manager and the front desk guy insisted he was the manager and would not give me a name nor a number of his superior. I tried calling the sales office and asked to speak with a manager, was sent to a generic voice mail and no calls were returned. You response sounds wonderful, it's too bad no one could back it up with a return call. You could have retained a customer if you returned the calls and requests that were made (to speak with a manager)!!
