Horrible place I bought a Kia 2012 Sportage with 105069 miles on 8/12/21 for $15,239.26 with warranty.Not even a month later going on a trip to Niagara Falls the engine breaks I was 2 hours away from home miles on 8/12/21 for $15,239.26 with warranty.Not even a month later going on a trip to Niagara Falls the engine breaks I was 2 hours away from home had to pay for toll truck to leave the car at the nearest mechanic and Uber $200 to get back home we’ll had to wait a month to get my car fix wich was cover but $600 out of pocket for things that wasn’t cover . After that the check engine light came on $100 for diagnose and they had to fix manifold assy 11/17/21 was cover . Check engine light on again 5/4/22 took it to the dealer I purchase the car and they told me after diagnose the fuel pump module fuel pump ring and sensor needed to be change but I’ll have to leave the car till next day, that wasn’t possible because I need to go to work and when I call the Warranty they only approve 3 hours of labor so I took the car to another location in wich they did their own diagnose test and it came that the car need canister valve replaced and is not cover $450 . My car been shaking when I press the breaks took it to pep boys and some parts that supposedly was brand new when I purchased it clearly is not like the rotors I haven’t have the car a year and the breaks rotors and struts need to be changed I spoke to them and there’s nothing they can do other then fix it and charge me. When calling the dealer Jose the salesman told me you have to keep up with the car like putting gas on it !!!! The way they talk to you pathetic More

I had multiple instances where I needed this warranty used, but their service department does not pick up the phone or return messages. I went in, and they said it'll be 6 months to service the car, and to try again then. Clearly they don't have the proper amount of mechanics for the amount of work needed, and the customer service is awful! [UPDATE] Currently in a 1 month limbo with this company. The transmission completely failed on my vehicle, and my extended warranty that I purchased is a mere 400 miles past the warranty. While I realize they're under no obligation, I have read many accounts of dealers seeking a "Good Faith" agreement with the warranty company where up to half of the cost has been covered. At this point, I would settle for a sense of urgency in the customer service department over even compensation. Lost my job a few months ago due to the reemergence of Covid, and subsequent slowing of work so I am in literal dire straits. Looking for some compassion out of Better Way Wholesale Autos, but at this point I would have to say their customer service ends once the sale has transpired. More

Absolutely horrible business practices! January 2020, I purchased a Nissan. Pathfinder from them. The next morning, it started smoking, they had it towed to their "garage". Here's a highlight of what happ purchased a Nissan. Pathfinder from them. The next morning, it started smoking, they had it towed to their "garage". Here's a highlight of what happened next: 1. The garage is just a Napa oil change spot with one mechanic and a very young staff. They kept my car for almost a week to tell me something was wrong with the engine and they ordered a new one. Another week to have it installed. They reminded me of the rental reimbursement on the extended warranty. 2. Picked up the car with the new engine, but they forgot to put the bolts in the engine mount. So every acceleration and deceleration, I would hear a clunk. Brought it back again. They told me nothing was wrong. 3. Brought it back again for the same thing and I explained to them what exactly it was (brought it to another shop and got the truth). They kept the car for 4 days and told me I needed a new transmission. There was nothing wrong with my transmission!! Picked it up with the "new" transmission and the idle is all over the place, accelerating erratically on the highway, wouldn't switch to 3rd gear. 2 days later, the transmission finally gives. They tow it back again. 4. This time another week of diagnosis tells them it's a bad transmission (ya think???) And they have to wait for approval of the warranty company to order another one! Another week goes by and they reinstall a "new" transmission. And they tell me they "fixed" my ac as a courtesy to me... 5. Drive out of the parking lot, check engine light goes on. They spend a half an hour resetting the light. Goes back on again so I bring it to a real garage - O2 sensors gone. Bring it back again with all paperwork. Also, the AC is permanently on, never turns off... 6. Meanwhile, I needed a rental and I submitted the $600 bill for reimbursement. That bill was passed around faster than wildfire and it became everyone else's fault. I ended up going to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Only then did they reimburse my money, stating it was a courtesy...nope, it was a part of the extended warranty that they slide in as a payment! I just recently sold the car and I am so glad to never have to deal with this company again!! Please read the reviews and keep in mind that while they are filling out the purchase paperwork, they wait for you to review them on Google before proceeding. Many of the 5 star reviews come from people sitting at the desk, waiting for their cars!! More

Very poor service took my vehicle in for service been having same issue since the day of purchase in December. To this date no repair for problem several misdiagnoses. Called TJ manager no return call warranty representative no support. More
