I have spent over $5000 for repairs and bought the extended warranty which didn't cover most of the problems. So it was probably more like $7000, bc the warranty covered one of the repairs. They buy salvage titles and sell them without doing any repairs. Theyre just looking to take your money and forget about you.Also very unprofessional atmosphere there, does anyone that works there ever hear of a collared shirt.

This place is so shady I recommend you stay away.

The customer service was horrible, the rep was too busy on her cell phone and making plans to go bowling with her coworkers. My car should be salvaged but they switched up the car fax report so it showed that the car was not involved in two major accidents.

I went to a mecanic (a friend who wouldn't want to sell me anything useless), and he immediately told me I needed new front tires and a tire alignment. So I called them, they told me to come so that they could check. The same salessman told me that i had nothing to worry about and that they were good and "road legal for some time.". I insisted quite a bit, and then, they told me to come back in 10 days so that the mecanic can check the car but that they couldn't guarantee to cover the cost if they deem it road legal. There is no way that makes 30+ miles. Waste my day so that they will fight with me to not cover the cost. I tried to call them and ask them if I could send pictures to the mechanic to determine it via mail, and they were adamant, no can do.
The cars are a good price, some in an ok condition but I highly adice to carefully check the car before buying it and to get a 2nd opinion right after you buy the car from another mechanic.
Be prepared to fight to get them to cover the cost included in the guarantee.
It's a shame because I had a mostly good experience with them up until that point.
Tldr : Tires are 5 years old, original tires of the car, 58 000 miles, cracks everywhere, thread really thin, and according A Better Way, completely ok.

Of course, they never contacted me again after selling me the car and after the numerous complaints I have with them. Terrible after sale support. Be careful about this dealer, you could spend a lot of money after buying the car.

reviews for this dealer. I sent 4 info regarding 1 particular Jeep and received an automated response reach time stating the car was available and

After waiting 2 days I called and was told the car was no longer available. For the next 3 weeks the car was still listed and again I requested info to see if it was still available. They answered my email,said it was still there and someone woukd call. It's now been 1 month, no one still has called and the Jeep is still listed. I would be afraid to buy anything from such unprofessional and disrespectful dealers.

I sent 4 emails and made 2 calls to your sales department and as stated prior you told me the car I was interested in was mo longrr available. If you want to do something for me and others who were interested in the same car, stop posting it and sending automated emails saying its still available. It is still posted on Carfax and Autotrader as per the links below. It is the grey Jeep Patriot sport 2012 for $5495. This is nothing more than bait and switch.
