I began the process on the phone with JB. We then worked via phone, text messages and email on locating the RAV4 that we wanted to purchase. It arrived on Wednesday and JB kindly delivered to us in person to make it easier for us because of all we had going on. He helped me set up the things we needed to do to get the car going. We will probably be doing more later but at least it is a start. Very responsive to my requests. More

The people at Toyota of Easley were friendly abd very easy to work with. After going to other dealerships and being treated not very well, this was a good experience for us. Every service representative that I have met at Toyota of Easley is pleasant, conscientious and ready to serve. Kevin Biddle and Jacinda Beaudoin have gone the extra mile in keeping me informed of things which I need to be aware of in all of my vehicles without trying to just sell me something.
