Great place, friendly and knowledgeable people, and crazy allocation and inventory. However, as with many Toyota dealerships these days, they still charge dealer markups over the MSRP. My partner and I waite allocation and inventory. However, as with many Toyota dealerships these days, they still charge dealer markups over the MSRP. My partner and I waited two months for our vehicle that we ordered, which is not bad, but still was charged 5k over asking. I was able to get them to knock 1k off, but that's it. Now that the chip shortage is recovering, and inventory is getting much better, it is frustrating Toyota is allowing people to be charged such high prices over the fair value. But other than that, they were very professional, gave a great deal on the warranty, and helped us get exactly what we wanted every step of the way. Both Tanner and JB were excellent to work with, and I would absolutely consider going back if we ever bought again. More

An absolute perfect display of trickery at every corner. From them trying to build rapport which was obviously fake at best, adding on a xx current market adjustment cost which can be nullified, to inflated From them trying to build rapport which was obviously fake at best, adding on a xx current market adjustment cost which can be nullified, to inflated addons, to extra services, to the delivery date, etc. I expected some chicanery on their part but this was over the top. Truly a lousy experience. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. More
