We arrived at Klaben two days earlier than my daughter's scheduled appointment to browse around and he ended up taking care of her that day and starting a deal for my husband and I also. We did not complete the deal that day so Mr. Crawford came in on his day off to provide service to us so we would not have to wait, what should have been a short ordeal turned out to be a long day for him and the man never stopped smiling or was unpleasant. I have leased vehicles from Klaben before and it's the only dealership I use and recommend and if you want to deal with a fantastic sales person ask for J.C. CRAWFORD you'll never go wrong. More

I am new to the Ford family and I have loved every minute! My experience at Klaben was, hands-down, the best yet. This was the easiest process I have ever been through when purchasing a car. JC was very honest and helpful when talking about the options I had. We worked together to find something that worked the best for my needs. This wasn't the typical "car buying" experience, I enjoyed every minute I spent at the dealership and everyone I worked with was just as friendly and helpful as JC. I really like the ford Fusion, I took a road trip in one and felt I had to have one. The staff assisted me in making this deal possible, and was very friendly, and courteous, and made sure that I understood and felt I had to have one. We have purchased several vehicles from Klaben and we will continue to purchase vehicles there. We have worked with JC and usually return to him. He was out of town for our last purchase so Matt helped u will continue to purchase vehicles there. We have worked with JC and usually return to him. He was out of town for our last purchase so Matt helped us so I did not to exclude him in this review. They are both exceptional in their line of work. They made our purchases stress free and easy. I never felt pressured and left there very happy in my new purchase. I went somewhere else in between purchases and my experience was not as easy. JC is just a good guy and I would recommend him and Klaben to everyone. All the way to signing all the paperwork the staff is exceptional, friendly and courteous. More

JC and Ty were great. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and they walked me through the process and listened to what I had to say and they got me into the vehicle that I wanted.
