I was never given the final price with the service contract fee until I was signing documents. It was my understanding that the fee was already included in the preliminary breakdown when I was shown the payments and payment details. So to see the additional $3798 added to the balance at the end kinda threw me off. Not to mention with the additional amount added to the balance ultimately changed the payments. (Which I was not given that updated amount either) I'm very visual and would have liked to see the numbers in front of me before getting a surprise at the end.
