I am now a three-time customer of Valley Honda since circa 2012/2013. I purchased two Civics in the past, and now as I pass my current 2015 Civic onto my daughter, I was in search of a different vehicle circa 2012/2013. I purchased two Civics in the past, and now as I pass my current 2015 Civic onto my daughter, I was in search of a different vehicle this time...a Subaru. After weeks of researching, searching, and deciding, I found a perfect gently used Crosstrek at - of all places - Valley Honda. These cars sell at a premium and finding the right one for me has been challenging. I worked with both JD and Eli to get the purchase started and finished, escaping work for a couple of hours to see it in person as I didn't want to lose it. JD walked me through everything over the phone, online, and in person as he began the financing process while I was on my way to see the vehicle so we could shorten the time on-site for me. I was introduced then to Eli who coordinated perfectly with JD, and I came back later in the evening to pick it up/wrap it up with Eli. I would always highly recommend Valley Honda and most any Honda vehicle to anyone. I'd been looking at Subaru Crosstreks for a couple of years and although not in the market for a Honda this time around (CRV too big for my needs as compared to the Crosstrek), I was thrilled to be able to work with Valley Honda once again. It's a no judgment zone, and JD and Elia could not have been more professional, more accommodating to my schedule and purchase requirements, nor more excited about my being able to purchase through them. I miss my Civic, but am loving my Crosstrek. And the hassle-free purchase process with Valley was the icing on the cake for me. More
