I called Valley about a used Ridgeline and happened upon JD answering the call. The used vehicle was sold but JD asked if I would be interested in a new Ridgeline. JD gave me a competitive price over the phone and set out to find a vehicle after I made a deposit. Because of the car shortage, this took a couple of months but that was okay with me. JD was very friendly and professional. Also, whenever I called Valley, anybody I talked to was the same, friendly and professional. Including those that answered the phone and Jack Davis. I am in my 60s so I have bought a lot of vehicles. JD is one of the best, if not the best, auto sales person I have dealt with and the whole Valley experience was excellent. More
