Move forward to the end of 2018 and I found myself getting into a new 2019 Odyssey. Everything about my experience was fantastic. Jonathan took his time in explaining every inch of my new van. Even before I stepped into the dealership, he was in contact with me through email explaining new deals, what was available, what might be best, getting paperwork started to save time, etc. He is such a helpful, friendly person and not once did I feel intimidated or uncertain in this process while I was working with him. I felt as if I always got an honest answer from everyone at Valley and I had so many options to chose from. Thank you, Jonathan Olivares and the rest of Balley Honda! I will be a repeat customer! Don't bother going to any other Honda dealerships in Dupage After gathering various quotes and assessing what a good deal would be on a new Odyssey, I came into Valley so they could assess my trade-in's value. After gathering various quotes and assessing what a good deal would be on a new Odyssey, I came into Valley so they could assess my trade-in's value. Not only did they give my lightly driven Sorento the value I thought appropriate, they met me on a great deal for the car too. The customer service and facility were unmatched compared to other dealerships we visited. JD and then Fred were both very kind and accommodating. Fred went especially above and beyond as we brought in our two young kids when making the final purchase, going so far as to do the paperwork in the kids' area (which was a life saver). My only criticism is how despite filling out information online, sending in copies of required documentation and having already negotiated trade-in and car price, the process can still take so long. Granted, Fred did his best to keep things going (even removing our car seats for us), but there has to be a way in 2018 to make this process faster. So, by all means be prudent and get quotes and visit other dealerships, but you'll probably end up back at Valley. More
