And now three cars later, he’s still my go to person, including with my new CRV. JD is easy to work with, prepared stuff she’d of time to make the process as quick as possible and he is upfront and honest with what deals he can do. He makes the transaction as painless as possible and it’s the only time I’ve ever looked forward to walking into a dealership. Every other dealership I feel pressured, rushed, somewhat “dirty”. Valley Honda and JD are the easiest to work with, the building and amenities are great, and I recommend them to all of my friends and family. More

I continue to appreciate his enthusiasm and patience as he tutors me in the mechanics of driving the vehicle. I use the present tense because these characteristics were demonstrated the first time we did business together and the reasons I specifically wanted to deal with him again. I was not disappointed. It set up a relationship with Valley Honda, not just a purchase agreement. His encouragement to seek him out with any questions or help needed in the future life of my car is much appreciated, along with his taking time to reach out to me. The Service Department has demonstrated friendly and professional support each time my vehicle has been brought in for service--a true team effort. I feel a "We're all in this together attitude" from the time I enter the establishment. I look forward to continuing our relationship. More
