JD is easy to work with, prepared stuff she’d of time to make the process as quick as possible and he is upfront and honest with what deals he can do. He makes the transaction as painless as possible and it’s the only time I’ve ever looked forward to walking into a dealership. Every other dealership I feel pressured, rushed, somewhat “dirty”. I use the present tense because these characteristics were demonstrated the first time we did business together and the reasons I specifically wanted to deal with him again. I was not disappointed. It set up a relationship with Valley Honda, not just a purchase agreement. His encouragement to seek him out with any questions or help needed in the future life of my car is much appreciated, along with his taking time to reach out to me.
