New Accord! We worked with Jonathan and he was great. We took several test drives that evening as we were deciding between a Civic and an Accord. Jon was friendly and very patient with us as he answered all our questions. He took good care of us. We feel we got a good price on both cars and in the end we drove a new Accord home. I went to Valley Honda after work and Jonathan Olivares ended up being the employee to assist me. I was pretty sure I wanted an accord based on reviews from friends and family members that had owned that model previously and from online specifications I had read. After telling me a little bit about the extra features of each Accord configuration I was unsure which I wanted to go with. Jonathan was very accommodating to requested to test drive each different configuration. However, this took some time and it was nearly 9 PM when we were ready to get started on the paper work. I explained to Jonathan that I wake up for work about 4:30AM and would really appreciate it if we can finish the process tomorrow. Without any sort of push-back he agreed and I came back the next day during lunch to pick up the new car. The paperwork with the business manager was very quick and painless and in about 30 minutes I went to the garage to check out the car. Jonathan was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating all of the cool features that come with the car. He also took some time and helped me sync my Iphone and import all of my contact numbers. Based on the display of professionalism and helpfulness from Jonathan Olivares I would recommend anyone to check out Valley Honda if they are looking for a new car. - Justin Stradley More

Very Good Across the Board Jonathan did a great job of getting me the car I wanted for the price I needed - no easy feat because I am in sales and take negotiating seriously. Brittany did a very good job helping familiarize me with the Accord EX-L V6 Navi and sent me on my way comfortable in my new car. The inventory manager was also terrific because the car I wanted to buy was not in inventory and had he not assured me, in writing, that I would have it by my specified timeframe I would have walked - and then made it happen. Throw in a hailstorm the evening I was to get the car and someone having the good sense to keep the car inside that night so it was pristine when I came to get it a day late, and it was 5 stars all around. More
