Luckily, I met up with Kyle Welton who listened to all of our requirements and helped us to find a sedan (the Accord) which would allow us to comfortably fit multiple pets including a 70 lb. dog, large loads, and people of widely different heights and physical needs while still providing good fuel economy and without being the obvious choice of a mini-van or SUV. He did so with a smile at all times, volunteering to carry cat carriers, offering hints for seat adjustments, and encouraging us to do whatever was necessary to feel 100% comfortable with our decision. When his schedule and ours didn't match up for a second follow-up visit, he arranged for Jonathon Olivares to help out. Both Kyle and Jonathon did a great job, making us feel that they really understood our needs and allowing us ample time to become comfortable with our "down-sizing" decision without pressure. Combining this great sales experience with the wonderful service department that we were already familiar with, Valley Honda will continue to be our go-to dealership for many years. More
