Unexpectedly our family car blew the engine leaving us with a large chunk to pay still on a loan,a useless car with low trade value now and a to repair estimate that would be several thousands adding to with a large chunk to pay still on a loan,a useless car with low trade value now and a to repair estimate that would be several thousands adding to our debt and still leaving us with tons of negative equity... Basically a no win situation.We were sick and not sure what to do,I reached out to a good friend “Trish” who works there and she said they were wonderful there and would do everything to help. So Trish introduces me to Jj Moore and then after that he was on it! Jj went to work along with several other great employees trying get us the best deal. Jj got us more trade in money for our pieceof junk,found an incredible below book price used Explorer which was exactly what wanted ,worked with Mark in finance to get us a premium low finance rate ,found other discounts to absorb our first nance loss and cover us fully in our new vehicle.
