I live in Cincinnati, and located the car (Kia Stinger) on the Preston Superstore website that I had been looking for and was unable to find locally. I was able to negotiate the price I wanted over the ph on the Preston Superstore website that I had been looking for and was unable to find locally. I was able to negotiate the price I wanted over the phone with Bill Preston (a very quick and straight-forward negotiation experience) and then made plans to travel to Preston Superstore to pick up the vehicle. JJ Moore was the sales associate I worked with. He was really exceptional. He was very personable, polite, and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. He was proactive about providing me the information I needed and highly responsive. He even gave me his cell number and told me to text/call anytime, and he replied immediatly when I did....even late in the evening. JJ answered all of my questions about the vehicle I was purchasing and the purchase process, he was efficient with lining up the details of the transaction, and he was prompt about putting me in touch with the Finance Manager, Mike Schmida, who was also exceptional and got me a very good rate on my loan. He spend 20 minutes on the phone outlining the finance process and answering my questions. He never once made me feel like he had other things to do or higher priorities to attend to. After dealing with JJ and Mike, I had no reservations about driving 4 hrs. to puchase the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, JJ was there to offer me a cold drink. He was detailed in his explanation of the paperwork, as was Mike Schmida, and he got me in and out with my new vehcile quickly and with no issues, which I greatly appreciated as I had a 4 hr. drive back to Cincinnati. This dealership demonstrated a high level of integrity, concern for customer satisfaction, and there was absolutely no high pressure sales, which made the entire purchase process a very pleasant experience. I am 51 and have purchased over 12 vehicles in my lifetime. This was by far my best experience. I am from Cincinnati, but I will definitely work with JJ and the Preston Superstore again when purchasing my next vehicle. Thanks you! More

We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and in no time we were on our test drive. Although it was a used car it felt like new, our salesman JJ was knowledgeable, not too high energy and that made us feel we were on our test drive. The waiting area was well stocked, spacious and comfortable. Takes the pain out of having to kill time while you’re car is getting serviced. We get the feeling that the people at Preston don’t just want to sell you a car (at a great price of course), they want to help you take care of it and make the whole process less intimidating. We will definitely be buying future vehicles from Preston. More
