Things did not start off well. The first sales person did not seem experienced, had trouble answering simple questions and had to keep running back to the manager for answers even The first sales person did not seem experienced, had trouble answering simple questions and had to keep running back to the manager for answers even before we saw 1 vehicle. We almost left due to frustration. However, it all turned around once Dylan took over. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand available options. He answered all our questions, and went out of his way to get our new car ready to take home! Next Jorgen, was amazing. So friendly, easy to work with and helped us make the best decisions for us! The dealership's team made it easy to complete the purchase transaction quickly and without the painful exercise of haggling back and forth that make car buying such an unpleasant experience. The car was detailed, fueled up and ready for us by the time we signed on the dotted line. Upon inspection of the certified pre-owned car, we noticed a few blemishes. Rather than sweeping them under the rug, we were able to schedule a follow up service visit to have the cosmetic issues remediated while being covered under new agreement. More
