I had to write about my recent purchase at Metro Ford. My husband and I worked with AJ Denton and I cannot say enough about our experience. Not only was AJ helpful and knowledgeable, but he worked with My husband and I worked with AJ Denton and I cannot say enough about our experience. Not only was AJ helpful and knowledgeable, but he worked with us over the course of a few days to help us purchase a vehicle that my family and I needed, wanted, and could be reassured as reliable and worked for our family. Our experience was unlike we have had at any other dealarship in the past. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, no baloney. At no point did I feel that I was in a "car dealership" or being sold a car or "extras" that we didn't need or want. I also have to add that as a previous Honda owner for 10 years, I don't think I will go back! AJ - thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for helping us with this purchase. We are super thankful to you and the amazing staff. As a busy family with three kids, there was no downtime, waiting, or issues when we purchased our car. We will be back, for sure! More

The informal purchase agreement stated rear wheelwell protectors and bed liner as was turned in on trade. I did get the bed liner but did not get wheelwell protectors nor mud flaps as were turned in on t protectors and bed liner as was turned in on trade. While an attempt to take the ones from the old vehicle, which I had bought, it was futile for lack of a #4 Allan wrench? In a dealership? The body shop should have had that somewhere and done the switch while I waited 5 hours to complete the trade. It would have taken 15 minutes. Funny how a small thing can leave a sour taste. As the truck is a lease, it seems logical and a small expense to protect the investment and appearance of what is essentially FMC's truck. My friends on the jobsite all noticed.
