I was also impressed with the size and cleanliness of this dealership. Although we couldn't get together with the price of the vehicle that I was interested in, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership and Fred Sims to my friends and family. More

I chose Valley Honda as after doin Generally I dread walking into a car dealership. The experience always seems so time consuming and pressure packed. I chose Valley Honda as after doing some online research they had the Certified Vehicle I was looking for. Upon walking in I was warmly greeted and quickly Cristina came over to assist. I told her what I was looking for and she presented me with a few great options. The vehicle I really wanted was just sold but we found another that fit the bill. After a test drive we sat down to talk numbers, always the intimidating part that makes you nervous. I had a price in mind that I was willing to pay and a trade in in which I was looking for a certian amount for. After only a few round of negotiations and a visit from the sales manager my price and trade in goals were met. I felt no pressure and felt that the team really worked with me. As I had come later in the evening it was now after close, Cristina stayed and helped ensure I got all my belongings out of my old car, showed me the features of my new car and as a small touch even provided me new sticky tabs for my IPass so I could place that on my windshield. Being in a service industry myself I found the entire experience to be easy and felt well cared for with the small touches. The team at Valley, especially Cristina has earned my business for life. I live over an hour away however will gladly make the drive for all future needs. The typical car dealership stigma does not exist at Valley, on quality and caring customer service. Thank you to Cristina and the entire Valley team. More

Great experience car shopping Brittany was very helpful throughout the entire car shopping/buying experience. She explained the Odyssey in great detail. I felt comfortable and she was very helpful during the test drive of a new car. I had a 2004 so there has been many updates and improvements and she helped me to not be overwhelmed with it all. Cesar was also very helpful- he went over the trim options which made it easier to know which model I wanted. Brittany is honest and understanding. The process is long but she made it as comfortable as possible. Everyone at Valley Honda has been kind and helpful. I will be going back for service in the future. I have bought a few new cars over the years, and this is the only dealership I would recommend, and that is why we returned here again. They are transparent. I can not say that about any other dealership here in IL and other surrounding states I have purchased new cars from. And Nick-Would NOT want anyone else helping us. He listened to us, provided options, made recommendations; was very personable. I enjoyed his optimistic and fun personality! Loving our new Accord, and the way we were treated! More

Immediately upon walking into valley Honda we knew something was My wife and I had been to a dealership before this and the experience was ok at best. Immediately upon walking into valley Honda we knew something was different. The facility itself is immaculate and the front desk was very professional to start our experience. Chrystian Silva was the salesperson that was assigned to us and immediately upon meeting him I felt comfortable. I am someone who does not like pushy salespeople and i like someone that listens to what I am saying. He had a very calm, inviting, and personable presence, he actually took real time to get to know us and we him so the experience actually felt genuine. He was actually trying to get us a vehicle that would work for us within our budget and he was not just out to make a sale. Our first visit with him yielded good options, but we wanted more time to think and he did not push us to get the sale. He accepted our decision, but because of our expereince with chrystian specifically we promised him he would be the only person we would work with to purchase our car. We were in contact with him via email over the next week as we updated our parameters and such and he gave us options that had come in to the dealership. We went in a week later with a great plan and options to look at. We requested chrystian at the front desk, he came up to us and remember our names and asked us about the wedding we went to the previous weekend as we had talked about it the previous week, which again made me feel like I was not just another "number". He came to us prepared with a list our cars that he thought we would like and they ended up being the exact same cars that we had in our list from their inventory online showing that he truly did listen and he did not show us anything outside of our parameters in price nor mileage. We got to test drive all of the vehicles and ge was able to answer all of our questions leading us to make the right choice for us. Chrystian made the entire expereince for us enjoyable and he is the reason we bought our car. Even after we had purchased the car and we were in the next area awaiting to do the financing, he came over and we talked for the entire time and he continued to make the experience enjoyable even after he had sold us the car. I would also like to say that Randall in the financing department was absolutely awesome. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and was great to work with for us. He took the time to explain everything to us in terms that we could understand with regards to the financial aspects and we felt very comfortable. I definitely recommend both chrystian and Randall as a great team to work with in your car buying experience. More

We love that everyone was so happy and helpful! It was clean, bright, and happily busy! Chrystian was friendly, open, and honest with us. He showed us exactly what we asked for and never tried to push us into anything we didn’t love. Jab was funny, helpful, and clearly in it for the right reasons. Randal was amazing helping us with our financing and finding options that fit our lives and again, made us feel like we’d picked the right place. I can’t wait to go back for our next car! More
