I had been investigating other auto options in competing dealerships and originally this was a scouting visit.... but as I shared my interest in a crossover vehicle and Fred escorted me to compare the CRV with the HRV models in the showroom... and explained the differences...allowing me to sit in the driver's seat and get a feel for each, I knew a Honda was best for me. After test driving an HRV ...I was sold. As we worked through the process of options, Fred was masterful in helping me refine and build the vehicle that would be a perfect fit for me. Fred was respectful and patiently walked me through every phase of the process, taking time to answer my questions and concerns and making sure I understood all the significant details. He offered counsel, but respected my choices and decisions. As a widow buying a vehicle on my own for the first time in 35 years, this was very reassuring for me. I was treated like royalty from start to finish. When I picked up my new vehicle...Fred walked me through a tutorial to learn how to make use of the special features of the vehicle. Most impressive of all has been the after care extended. Fred has been available to answer any questions or concerns I might have after taking ownership of the HRV and made himself available for additional help with a follow up tutorial. Overall, this is the best experience I have ever had with any of the dealerships I had considered and Fred a significant person in my decision to buy a Honda. You have a quality product...but it is the quality salesperson Fred that confirmed my decision to buy. Fred is an excellent representative of your excellent vehicles. More

The dealership facilities/waiting areas were excellent I had one communication issue with the extended test drive, but it worked out for the best. I wasn't specifically told to bring the car back by closing time, so I was surprised when I got a call 30 minutes before close asking when I would return. I hadn't been able to show my wife the car yet! As I was already out running an errand, I brought the car back (30 min drive to dealer) and realized that I left my car keys at home. They offered solutions to bring me back to get my keys (I opted for having my wife bring them instead). They apologized for not clearly communicating the return requirements. The explanation and apology was a bit long, though I appreciated their effort to maintain my business. In the end, it lead to them offering more for my trade in, which was a pleasant outcome to the annoying situation. I came back a few days later and purchased a vehicle. More

Car salespeople tend to have a reputation for being aggressive but the people here were not like that. They were straight forward and no-nonsense, which we appreciated. I also had my two small children (ages 4 and 2) and everyone was very understanding of their child-like ways :) The dealership itself is great and one of the best I have seen. They have a lounge area, computer area, kids area, coffee, water... I might actually enjoy getting my car serviced! More

When we went to do the actual purchase, he respected our time constraints and prepared the vehicle beforehand for delivery. We were done with the entire purchase in less than 1.5 hours. To top it all, Nick helped us bring the vehicle home which is about 50 miles. Thanks a lot Nick. Jab is another gentleman we interacted and he was great as well. He spoke in a very friendly manner and was respectful which is becoming a rarity amongst car sales managers. Nick and Jab were one of the key reasons we chose this dealership though they are little far off from our place and they were slightly on the higher side in terms of the price quotes we received from other dealerships. We feel it is worth. This is our first Honda purchase and we are very pleased with the way things went. You can spend your time on what really matters; finding the right vehicle that fits your needs. The sales and management staff are superb with providing suggests and options all in a no pressure atmosphere. Differences with this dealership and others; the sales floor is not as large or flashy- no gimmicks- After all, your focus is the vehicle not whether they have marble floors. The staff are all dressed professionally and are not in any way pushy. All have very good product knowledge. If you ask a question you will be given a direct answer. No games. Absolutely no pressure to make a selection. We are picky and spend a considerable amount of time selecting the right vehicle. The service department hours are extremely convenient. You will have no problem getting in at a convenient time. The waiting area in the service department is awesome; numerous apple computers, soft chairs, large TV, clean restrooms, wide selection of beverages, etc. Given Honda reliability you wont likely need repairs but will require maintenance. The great thing is that their service pricing is extremely competitive. The awesome waiting area makes it a no brainier. More
