Everybody is always pleasant to work with. I will say, though, the last couple times I have been there my oil monitor on the vehicle has not been reset, and I don’t think the tire pressures I will say, though, the last couple times I have been there my oil monitor on the vehicle has not been reset, and I don’t think the tire pressures were checked on and adjusted. When the tires were rotated. Two times ago I didn’t realize it untill after I had left so I made sure I checked this time, and had them take care of the issues before I left. I know at stew hanson’s where I used to go in Des Moines they had always included a 24 point checklist type deal. Perhaps something y’all could implement for the future. Be a handy communication tool between the service tech and the Customer.. More
