Assigned salesman via the website after requesting test drive. Overall, he was OK. I would've expected a thank you from him after purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. Had new tires installed and noticed a bit of vibration while on a road trip. Called Summit and was able to get my truck in the same day and was out and going again within an hour. Summit has the absolute best service I've worked with at any dealership ever and I've worked with numerous dealerships since the late 1970s. They are polite, professional and do great work! They don't waste your time or try to upsell you to purchase parts or services that aren't needed! We live 20 miles from Summit, choosing to drive to Fond Du Lac instead of going to the local dealership and it's definitely worth it!! More
