Everybody is always pleasant to work with. When the tires were rotated. Two times ago I didn’t realize it untill after I had left so I made sure I checked this time, and had them take care of the issues before I left. I know at stew hanson’s where I used to go in Des Moines they had always included a 24 point checklist type deal. Perhaps something y’all could implement for the future. Brought in vehicle with low tire pressure and have back problems and couldn't just add air so I asked Summit to check air pressure and they decided to check the tire not just add air and found a nail and p problems and couldn't just add air so I asked Summit to check air pressure and they decided to check the tire not just add air and found a nail and proceeded to plug it.
