A new battery was purchased and installed by the service dept. We noticed that the engine sounded differently when the vehicle sped up. I checked under the hood and found that the air filter cover was not dept. We noticed that the engine sounded differently when the vehicle sped up. Big thanks to Eric (Parts) and Brantley & Jacinda (Service) for their excellent communication and care. Although the engine recall process was lengthy due to corporate delays, the team handled our Tu (Service) for their excellent communication and care.
