Big thanks to Eric (Parts) and Brantley & Jacinda (Service) for their excellent communication and care. Although the engine recall process was lengthy due to corporate delays, the team handled our Tu (Service) for their excellent communication and care. We had a wonderful buying experience start to finish. We knew which vehicle we wanted. We had researched extensively and knew a good price point. We also knew the value of our trade in. I never spoke to him about numbers as I wanted to give the dealership an opportunity to earn our family's business through honest practice. Mike had the the vehicle ready when we arrived. The test drive was seamless. Mike was incredibly knowledge about the specific vehicle and about Toyota as a whole. Mike test drove our trade-in. He then presented an offer and informed us that there was no pressure and that he enjoyed meeting us. The offer was solid. We got exactly what we wanted on trade and the price of the vehicle was inline with what we anticipated, and we accepted. We have purchased multiple vehicles both used and new. We have never been presented with an acceptable first offer. The next day we came back Issac handled our paperwork. Again no high pressure tactics for sales of coatings or warranties or to swap our financing to an inside group. As high milage users, we purchased an extended warrenty. The price of which was below that available at another local dealership. We are very satisfied the experience and highly recommend Mike and Issac. If you enjoy games and haggling this isn't the place for you, but if you want a smooth, fair process head to Toyota of Easley. More

I bought a used Toyota sienna about 3 weeks ago. The key fob suddenly stopped working. After doing all we could try at home to fix it I called and made an appointment to get it resolved. After waiti The key fob suddenly stopped working. After doing all we could try at home to fix it I called and made an appointment to get it resolved. After waiting almost 2 hours (for a key fob check) I was told that mine did not work and needed a new one. They charged me $150 to tell me my fob did not work when that’s the reason I came in. They told me to get a new one it would be $277 with $149 of that being labor. So basically a new key fob would cost me over $400… after I just bought this car from them… I would willingly pay the price of the new fob and maybe $20 in labor to hook it up to a computer to sync it, but I feel what they want to charge is taking advantage of a customer. Disappointed. More
