From Joanne in finance to Eddie the sales manager, everyone was so personable and friendly, it was an enjoyable experience all around. Highly recommend that you check them out. She then set us up an appointment with Jack Bresnahan a very knowledgeable salesman who then took the time to demonstrate the My Ford Touch SYNC features on the new Ford Explorer. We were then introduced to the sales manager Eddie Clark who we felt went out of his way to help us seal the deal. This is my third Ford purchase and best one yet! Purchased 2015 SHO on 7/9/2014 Easiest car purchase I've ever made. No pressure. Started with personable internet sale rep. who knows how to communicate. Stopped in for an estimate Easiest car purchase I've ever made. No pressure. Started with personable internet sale rep. who knows how to communicate. Stopped in for an estimate of my trade-in car. Turned into a purchase as soon as I saw they were willing to give me top dollar for my pristine vehicle. Final price was a good compromise and car was ready within a short time period. Good people running an honest business. More
